Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
Spices on your taste
Sour cream (smetana)( 2-3 spoons)
Boiled water
Flour 5-6 table spoons
1egg
Love , fun and kind words= "Funny spice"

How to prepare this recipe
1.First you take the potato clean it and cut in any shape you like, put on the pan and fry for several minutes.
2.the next step is to put spices on your taste and 2-3 table spoons of fresh or not that fresh sour cream and boiled water in order to cover the potato, mix it and leave it under the pot lid on fire
3. At the same time you take 1 egg and the flour( 5-6) table spoons, you will see if you need more with you own eyes;).
In a bowl beat up one egg, and salt it slightly (to taste).
4.In beaten egg add flour and very well mix it with a fork until smooth beautiful yellow color. The mixture should get plastic, soft. If you get too thick, you can just add warm boiled water.
5.Check you potato at the same time it must be almost ready and boiling in the sauce, take your flour mixture and make small balls out of a tea spoon ad put it in the pan.
6 Now let everything boil for ten minutes!
7. Become happy and enjoy eating!
P.S. Don't forget to talk to the food, granny was saing it's the main ingredient, fun, love and kind words, she called the "the Funny spice"

The story behind this recipe
I was not always a example girl, when I was 5 I was catching and learning all the swearing words out of every film and street talk as if it was my hobby ( so I became a philologist later;)
Most of all out of my swearing suffered my granny, everything I knew I put on her grey head even without understanding what I do, she never got angry with me, she was always saying " Stop, my Dear, one day you will understand that kind words are much more rare and precious". Of course I didn't want her cry I was just a very curious and word loving child. Years passed since that time, I became a philologist and culture researcher with command of several language, slightly step by step I began to understand how precious and important is every word you pronounce, I tried to remember several tasty things my granny did, chose potato and flour balls which if to say I adore is to say nothing, united recipes into one recipe and remembered about her "funny spice" she always added into my food!
That's how appeared Melancholic Potato, because I miss my Granny but enjoy the love she sends to me wherever she is.
And I never forget to whisper to my food, cause you should share your love, shouldn't you?!
