Beauty in the eye of the beholder https://journals.worldnomads.com/austin777/ Wed, 8 Apr 2026 07:45:37 GMT World Nomads Adventures The story of these photos took place when I was traveling in the mesmerizing beaches of Thailand. This set of pictures was taken in Railay Beach in the garden of the guesthouse where I was staying,it was one day when I found myself playing with the camera of my girlfriend ,hunting butterfly's in these small area of the garden where they seemed to be having a feast with the exquisite nectar of the sunflowers. I then moved to another place in the garden and found a dragonfly flying and suddenly it stopped very near where I was standing ,so slowly I pulled the camera out of the case and with a lens 50-250 mm I manage to take 3 pictures of this magnificent insect . The other photo was taken a day later in the beach where we found some monkeys hanging out in the beach! .It has only been a year since I developed a passion for photography now as I go to places in Nature I find myself looking at possibilities of frame and pictures.I have been traveling for a year now and I want to capture my love for this planet in my pictures. I would love to become a proffesional photographer and give to the world the beauty that I see around me.I want to give to people the sense of wonder they have lost in their lives. In this Gallery I am bringing into awareness the beauty that can be found in practically any space. Insects along with animals hold inmense beauty.
