I am Ashish Patil
Working as Assistant Professor in School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal
An Autonomous Institution of MHRD, Government of India
I was trained as artist and later switch over on photography. I approached photography as an art form just as capable of expressing what I see and feel as any other artistic medium. My training, combined with my practice knowledge of many artistic medium, provides me with a unique perspective on photograph.
I have been working as an Artist for the last 13 years. During this period, I explored practically most of the techniques but in photography I have been working for last Seven years. I found photography to be an extremely curious medium. The more I work in this medium it further evokes my curiosity and creativity. I involved in exploring the creative possibilities through photography and I started concentrating more on the - PICTORIAL COMPOSITION
I am highly impressed with the powerful sense of forms which is commonly found in Nature, and Man mad things, it gives the strong visual impact in my mind, 3D Structural, Forms, Space Division, Line, Mass, Texture, Colour, all these visual elements are present in my composition
