Objective


Looking for a challenging job in a professional organization  that would augment knowledge, sharpen technical and administration skills, and offer opportunities for growth based on performance. 
Work Experience
Five years of experience in a domestic call centre as customer care executive.
 Call customers on phone and convince them to book the advertisement spots in C-Mac yellow pages book and news papers.
9 months of work experience in outbound process in ReoTek solutions Hyderabad
Job profile: - Calling Australian customers to buy a holiday package.
Educational Qualifications
?	      B.A   from Kashmir University. 
?	     10+2 Examination from J&amp;K State Board of School Education, Srinagar. 
Additional Qualifications
?	Diploma in “Software Technology” from Uptron ACL, Rajbagh, Srinagar
Besides that i love playing cricket and browsing net and work on social media networks.
