My inspiration is capturing the beauty of life through an artists eyes. When I got the 'spark' to be a documentary film-maker, I bought a camera, move into my van, and traveled around the country for 5 months. After making a few filming mistakes, I signed up and finished film school. I now have the real-life experience for this and my passion is fueled more than ever. I am working on a documentary called The Traveling Poet, which requires me to travel around the world and capture the beauty of various cultures. However, I haven't traveled in months. My fuel isn't 'fading out', but it definitely feels dormant, and winning this contest will recharge me beyond infinity! I've dreamt about going to Australia and will do anything it takes to produce and deliver a professional finished documentary. With no experience or budget, my Youtube channel currently has over 1.5 million views! The footage that I submitted was shot BEFORE film school. I now have a Macbook Pro, FCP Pro, Panasonic 150, & Canon 7d. I need to use them! Please make me the happiest person in the world by choosing me! You are the bridge between my dreams and reality.
