Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Hello, my name is Ann Creech. I am a recent graduate from Vassar College, where I studied drama, Italian, and art. I have been interested in photography for the last eight years, particularly analog photography which I studied in high school, college, and abroad at the University of Bologna. Recently I have started experimenting with digital photography and I am currently learning basic photoshop as well as how to use a Sony a57 digital camera.
I have always had sense of adventure and a love for travel. Describing a place accurately in both pictures and in words has always been important to me and is something that I enjoy whether in new or old locations.
To be able to make a career out of photography would be incredible, but at the very least I know that it is something I will continue to be entusiastic to learn continue to learn and practice for the rest of my life. I would love to have this opportunity, thank you for reviewing my application.
