      <title>Passport &amp; Plate - Clam chowder</title>
      <description>&lt;b&gt;Ingredients&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Mussels &lt;br/&gt;Carrot &lt;br/&gt;Paprika red &lt;br/&gt;Green peppers &lt;br/&gt;Challot onion &lt;br/&gt;Spring onion &lt;br/&gt;Garlic &lt;br/&gt;Lemon &lt;br/&gt;Olive oli &lt;br/&gt;Cream 35% &lt;br/&gt;White wine dry semi dry &lt;br/&gt;Water &lt;br/&gt;Salt pepper&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;b&gt;How to prepare this recipe&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Clean the clams. Take away that is not closed.&lt;br/&gt;Clean and cut the vegetable ingredients in small pieces.&lt;br/&gt;Heat a little bit olive oil put in the challot onion.&lt;br/&gt;Let it just have a little colour. &lt;br/&gt;Add carrot let it have a minute to get a little colour.&lt;br/&gt;Add water. &lt;br/&gt;Add a little bit salt.&lt;br/&gt;Add peppers and spring onion.&lt;br/&gt;Give a minute or two cook.&lt;br/&gt;Add the clams.&lt;br/&gt;Add white wine.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Let it cook for ten minutes&lt;br/&gt;Add garlic.&lt;br/&gt;Add cream.&lt;br/&gt;Give it two minutes and serve it. Serve it with bread and white wine.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The story behind this recipe&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As a norwegian I have enjoyed travelling along the norwegian coast with a boat. What is more natural than eating what is picked directly from the sea. All the other ingredients is also easy at hand. With a lityle bit try and fail I came up with this, and we have enjoyed it many times. As we now are in Spain the ingredient where bought here but the taste was just as good.</description>
