I discovered whitewater kayaking in San Gil, photo shoots in Rio Claro, Rock Climbing in Suesca, learned to kite surf in Lago Calima, met a few locals for a lobster dinner on a remote island off the coast of Cartagena, SCUBA dived in Taganga and hiked with a curious school group on top of the surrounding mountains of Medellin, but the Pacific Coast is calling, waiting for me to go explore! I've been dreaming about surfing in El Cantil Colombia, Nuqui, salsa dancing the night away on the beaches, and sailing into the sunset. I believe that the magic unfolds with Colombia’s colorful biodiversity with exotic flowers, yummy fruits, crystal clear lagoons and waterfalls in midst of a a biodiverse rain forest. When you discover Colombia, you truly understand what can unfold. The first filming I ever did was in Colombia, many years ago and as a single woman traveler did my best to capture the diversity through film. A local bike group in Manizalizes shared a film I created on their website and they were so grateful to share their mountain bike trails as we explored the coffee region rewarded with spectacular views and ended at a restaurant eating the best arepa con queso.
