      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Farah with Green Chatni&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients for Farah&lt;br /&gt;Ginger &amp;ndash; 1 table spoon&lt;br /&gt;Garlic- 1 table spoon&lt;br /&gt;Cinnamon &amp;ndash; 2&amp;rsquo; inch long&lt;br /&gt;Black cardamom &amp;ndash; 2 piece &lt;br /&gt;Cardamom- 2piece&lt;br /&gt;Black pepper- 10 piece &lt;br /&gt;Black cumin seeds &amp;ndash; 1 table spoon&lt;br /&gt;Nutmeg- &amp;frac12; tea spoon&lt;br /&gt;Mace- &amp;frac12; tea spoon&lt;br /&gt;Clove- 4 psc.&lt;br /&gt;Raw papaya paste &amp;ndash; 3 table spoon&lt;br /&gt;Minced beef &amp;ndash; 250 gram&lt;br /&gt;Green coriander &amp;ndash; 70 gram&lt;br /&gt;Coriander powder- 1 tea spoon&lt;br /&gt;Red chili powder- 1 tea spoon&lt;br /&gt;Rice floor &amp;ndash; 250 gram&lt;br /&gt;Green chili- 2 pcs cut in very small pcs&lt;br /&gt;Onion- 120 grams cut in very small pcs&lt;br /&gt;Mustard oil &amp;ndash; 1 table spoon &lt;br /&gt;Water- 50ml (during cooking)&lt;br /&gt;Salt- as your taste &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients for Green Chatni-&lt;br /&gt;Fresh green coriander- 100 gram&lt;br /&gt;Green chili- 9 green chili&lt;br /&gt;Dry mango powder-1 &amp;frac12; table spoon&lt;br /&gt;Plain salt- as your taste &lt;br /&gt;Ingredients for decoration-&lt;br /&gt;Green coriander chopped &lt;br /&gt;Lemon slice 1 pcs&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How to prepare this recipe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method For Making Simple And Delicious Farah &lt;br /&gt;Step 1- First of all take all particular (left beef, rice floor, Green coriander, Onion and Mustard oil) in your grinder and make a fine paste. &lt;br /&gt;Cut the green chili and onion in small Pcs. &lt;br /&gt;Step 2- Take Minced beef, paste (in step one), chopped green chili, chopped onion, chopped green coriander and salt mix it well and left it for 3-4 hrs for process of marinate. &lt;br /&gt;Step 3- After marinate make a soft dough of your rice floor give a shape as shown in photograph. &lt;br /&gt;Fry your marinated beef without oil &lt;br /&gt;Step 4- Fill the fry minced beef inside the shape which you was make in step 3rd.&lt;br /&gt;Step5- Take a nonstick pan put it on gas stove then put the oil on it when oil will heat then put the Farah as shown in photograph and let put the flame on low, cover your pan with a lid. After 3 min you can set flame on high and put the water side by side with a table spoon ,the water process continue check your Farah is become golden blown(light) then put it from another side as photograph, and cover it with lid again and watering process is on go on large flame, check it if the other side is golden brown (light) the dish is ready to serve.&lt;br /&gt;Now your Farah is ready to eat, remember do not take extra water inside the pan we need it to make only for steam. So drop it many time in the sense of small amount.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NOW TURN TO MAKE YOUR GREEN CHATNI&lt;br /&gt;The Miracle souse &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 1- Take it all ingratiates of chatni as given above make a semi fine paste add salt as your taste.&lt;br /&gt;The chatni is ready to taste with farah.&lt;br /&gt;TURN TO SERVE-&lt;br /&gt;Step 1- Take a round plate of bone china and make a boundary of green coriander, put a single lemon slice on your boundary as shown in photo serve it with chatni.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The story behind this recipe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey, Hello, Salam, Namaste my self is adnan I was born in a very small city of India, I always trying to make a new thing and experiment in traditional food recipes , anybody know what is Farah i thing no one it is a traditional dish of north India (in UTTARPRADESH SPECIALLY IN AWADH),It is made from pulses, secret Indian species and most important is rice floor , my grandmother specially make it for me it is cook by water in the sense of steam and a very small amount of oil, in nonstick pan.One day I was found red meat in my refrigerator and some other ingredients like raw papaya, onion ,garlic, ginger etc I have a idea in my mind and I make it secret, after planning of my new invention or dish I was told to my grandmother , mom today I will make Farah, and before completion of this nobody can enter in kitchen area I will concentrate my mind in my passion that is cooking and try to make a new way of Farah, Farah is unknown dish for near about 99.9% people in the world. After completion of my cooking combat I was served it with green chatni (souse) (traditionally make in north Indian style) with the decoration of green coriander (a back pack of near about 99% INDIAN dishes ). I am very afraid about the reaction of my family after testing my new invention but god was create a miracle which give me power and confidence to continue my invention. After testing it my father give me a surprise gift and everyone those eat a new look and taste of Farah told waoooo! and great and there face impression encourage me to make more new things after this moment I am more perfect in cooking a full of confidence , I will try and success in making potato chili(a modified dish of Cheese Chili), Cauliflower lollipop(a modified dish of chicken lollipop) and many more. Cooking in my soul. It is really awesome testy and healthy starter it is not like junk food which is harmful to our health, nobody knows who is select for Nomads scholarship programme.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
