Cook Islands to New Zealand. New Zealand to Singapore. Singapore to Vietnam. I also purchased my travel insurance through WorldNomads.com - hopefully I won't need to use it but good to have it just in case. Next up, booking Visa for Vietnam and making doctors appointments. And of course the fun part of planning what to do and see.
