West Michigan in the summer is just the place to be, I had to capture it! Whether it was the architecture of Grand Rapids or the beauty of Lake Michigan I wanted to create something with it. In addtI am inspired by films like 'Urbanized' and 'Wasteland'

I have been making short little projects ever since I graduated high school in 2008. I am also working on my degree in Digital Media with a concentration on video and photography.

My ambition as a filmmaker/presenter is to work for National Geographic traveling the world telling it's story. In addition to that I want to make my own films that would emulate works of 'Urbanized' and 'Wasteland'

I trust that working with the professionals would help me cultivate my skills as a filmmaker and an on camera presenter.

This scholarship means the world to me. I need this.
