Every day this street musician fills the heavy afternoon air with the lightest and chirpiest melody, playing his one string Berber lute. He was so immersed in the beauty of his tune that he forgot to lay down his hat for tips. His heart sang through the lonely string.

The robe seller was seemingly bored by people wearing only black and white. He didn’t have a real shop - sitting on a rusty old wheelbarrow, he used the wall to showcase his colourful and inexpensive collection of second hand robes. Intoxicated by the early afternoon heat, he still stood there so that he could earn enough to get by and show Moroccans that they don’t have to be rich to wear beautiful and colourful robes.
