We were on a tour of a rock & gem factory when something flew into my eye. At first, I thought it may have just been dust or a stone, but when my eye didn't improve over the course of the day, I saw an eye specialist.

After having it removed from the eye, I found out that it was a flake of metal. I was given eye drops to take for 4 days. I had no on-going problems with the eye after this.
