My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited "Gojal-Hunza"

Passu Cone also known Cathedral peak in the background of Attabad Lake formed by the landslide in Hunza vally on Jan 4th, 2010, five villages submerged in this lake in upstream in Gojal valley and still there is no access to the down cities of Pakistan, boats are operating in summer but in winter it freezes and the valley become completely landlocked.

The beautiful culture of Shimshal valley, a village some 49 km from the Karakuram Highway KKH, the cultural dance with traditional dress is one of unique style of this village, a very rich tradition and hospitality can be seen in this valley as compare to other villages of Hunza.

Drying apricot in natural method is more Delicious than other scientific one, its a source of imcome of some families, but pople mostly use it in summer as juice and in winter as a soup, its very health diet in local context and people use it for many reasons.
