    Yes, that is an ESCAPE ROPE. On the plane. Perhaps an escape rope would be useful in a tree fort, but since all planes in Central Asia have only mountain ranges to fly over, I really don't think it would do us any good if we crashed. Oh well, such is Tajik Air (or, as we like to call it, Tragic Air). There was also a live band that did a cover of Clapton... usually I'm all about throwing myself into the local culture and lifestyle, but this was a rather nice taste of 'home' by: shrummer16 Views[446] The cable car that runs above Almaty was closed for repairs so we drank $1 beers in the park instead.
