My name’s Sarah.
In 2009 I left my (adopted) home in Australia to travel. It was designed to be a transition period to prevent insufferable culture shock when I returned to the land of my birth and family, the US. What started out as “maybe I should go spend 4 weeks in Italy” exploded into
14 months
23 countries
cooking classes & tastings in 9 countries
and countless forms of transport.
(Every time I think I have a final count, I remember another one.)
Along the way I decided to go to culinary school, and am now aspiring to achieve occupational serendipity by combining my three loves: food, travel, and writing.
