So my girlfriend broke up with me, my son is college aged and ready to move out, the only thing mooring me was my little dog, Phyllis.  A generous and wonderful friend offered to foster Phyllis so that I could quit my job, downsize my belongings, store what was left with other wonderful friends, and set off to India for a 5 month yoga teacher training.  Now, inconceivably, here I am at Isha Yoga Center in Tamil Nadu, Southern India, and sharing the experience as I'm able.
