I am a born again traveller who has been renewing my passion for adventure and off-beat travel in the last 5 years. I spent  a lot of time travelling in my youth, followed by a long spell bringing up a family. I enjoy travelling slowly and watching everyday life happen in countries with a strong cultural and ethnic heritage. I live in rural Australia and have a love of the natural environment.
