Welcome to O's Travels! This is not so much a travel blog but a travel epic if you will.

From the 1st August 2008 and for a full four months, I will be embarking on an adventure that even the most veteran traveller would agree will be special. I will be visiting at least twenty four cities, towns, villages, beaches, mudhuts - and all in between - through nine countries throughout Asia and the Middle-East; I will encounter at least fourteen different languages, countless sights, tastes, smells and sounds; I will travel by land, by sea, by air, by donkey (probably); And I will be sharing this experience with you through this very website.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy as I take you through a tour of this wonderful continent armed with only my trusty lonelyplanet guide and my endearing charm... God help me!
