well i'm in berlin at the moment and am actually suprised at how much i like it here. i am thinking of staying an extra day to what i initially planned. i did a free walking tour today around the city which was absolutely brilliant. met a girl from newcastle who is staying at the hostel i'm at and it turns out she and i know a whole heap of the same people (she's been living in london). seems to me that the world is getting smaller and smaller.
Berlin is ridiculously cold, hence i am now sporting a very stylish berlin beanie....i look sadly and utterly touristy. But my head is warm. Next point to be fixed are my legs which are quickly going red and numb. Honestly, this place is colder than Austria was in a snowstorm. Better go, quickly numbing......Nads
