South Africa,a country pre 1994, was known for its racial segregation and disparity. Nelson Mandela,a symbol of our freedom and an inspirational leader and world icon proudly represents this country.This is where I reside. A young,impressionable 27 year old half Burmese/Chinese ,freshly graduated female dentist in Pretoria. My dynamic story starts in Burma. Another country involved in its humanitarian rights being impeached till recently. I moved to South Africa as a two and a half year old child in 1990, with very little understanding of what was happening at that stage. I grew up in a small town called Mafikeng and my life from then,has always been an adventure. A global adventure. I have resided in Singapore, and travelled to many other countries, with eager interest in the culture and food of the people that live in these different continents, but with the same goals,passions and dreams as we all have.
