Decided to spend the night in Riobamba after Baños, before heading to Cuenca.

Nice town.

Hot shower with free fruity shampoo.

Lots of families, mostly indigenous folks. no gringos!

Best Pizza I ate so far in Ecuador!

I walked the whole town in a few hours. Beautiful plazas, stunning views of Chimborazo (the highest mt-inactive volcano in ecuador).

Safe.

Very lively on a Monday night, kids, parents, everyone is out and about after dark, strolling around, checking out music, movies and shoes for sale in the street.

2 thumbs up.
