Is Scott supposed to be at THE Taj mahal? The last time I looked the only Taj Mahal in Mumbai was a 5 star hotel... the real one being miles away in UP.
Also 'kripyaa' is more often used in written or very formal spoken Hindi. It might have been better to include a sentence about autorickshaws & how to ask to get somewhere - essential from the moment travellers leave the airport; or some suggestions for things to say to the hawkers/ beggars to make them leave you alone...
Just as a final aside, eating papaya after a bout of the trots is a BAD idea as the particular enzymes in papaya make it shoot through at rocket speed... I presume this podcast is a way of not just teaching the lingo but also putting across a few basic guiders?

Thank you for your comment. Scott is actually at the Taj Mahal Hotel and you're suggestions regarding autorickshaws are also valid.

As for Papaya, I hope you haven't experienced what you've said and our inclusion of this was on the back of fairly broad research that suggests papaya ( in both fruit & extract form) is a very good food to ease heartburn, indegestion and many other stomach ailments. Further research has indicated it might not actually be the best for delhi-belly in that it aids with constipation, so thank you for pointing that out to us.

We'll continue to look over time to improve and build on our current language guides and user feedback is always welcome in assisting us to create more useful podcasts.

Hi

Please look at your reasoning for using the right hand to eat. Its rather simplistic and downright stupid ! Please look into Hindu customs and culture for the correct reasons behind the use of the right hand for eating.
