Im look for a japanese mp3 translation which has been hard to find. For those who dont understand. I want to download a mp3 like this:

How are the first three words (hajimas, ray, yoy in kata (Kempo) mean? I am not sure of the correct spelling.

The language guides are all just standard mp3 files, so they should play on any mp3 player.
