Ipanema..

7th  Beach, Volleyball, Football....Viva La Vida Loca

8th March Ditto. Beach, Volleyball. etc ....

Sampled the  night life at Melt, a local night club. Went with Eric, a really interesting guy from the States who had been raised in Hippy commune, Katrina from Norway with great organisational skills, and James UK, with a humour dryer than mine!

There was a great Brazilian band playing and the club was heaving. Partied all night. The problem not with having a watch is I never know when it's time to go (no change there). . . left the club in the blazing morning sun. A nice feeling walking along the beach as everyone took their early morning run.
