My Travels

This is a day by day journal, so in the future I can look back and reflect on my experiences and those I have shared them with.

Me, Simon and the apparently famous Merlion

Me, Simon and the apparently famous Merlion

Simon, Cindy and baby Annabelle (friends from home) had already arrived in Singapore a few days previously, and we had arragned to meet up in Boat Quay for lunch.  My first impressions of Singapore, is that it is a very clean and efficient country, and judging by the high end shops here, there is plenty of money around.

It was great to see Simon and Cindy, and of course Annabelle who has grown somewhat since I last saw her.

Later that evening we met up with Matthew (Simon’s cousin who works and lives here).   Started in Harry’s bar; famous for one particular client……… Nick Leeson (Rogue Trader)

Later went to the Terrace Bar on the roof top of the Screening Room.  Here, there was  a great view over the city.  The drinks in a Singapore are so expensive.......so thank you Matt for your company's corporate hospitality....... Penn Glenn Enterprises will look forward to working with your company in the near future
