Bit of slow start of the day which is of no surprise since Tim and I only got back to the hostel in the early hours. Later went out with Barbara-Jean to have a look around the city. The city is extremely busy, with mopeds everywhere; a far contrast from what I had experienced so far. With roads so busy you need a death wish to cross from one side to the other.
Later had a few drinks in the FCC bar (nice!) overlooking the river, in the riverside area. I’d overheard someone at the bar say she was here for the art exhibition and that the drinks are complimentary.....I convinced the barman that I too was here for the exhibition!!! Free drinks....the best drinks I say!!!.
Met up with a few of BJ’s friend’s who live and work in the city and ended up Revolutions Bar.....a low key bar with live music.
