Arrived in a wet and dreary Kunming this morning. Met up with a guide at the railway station who, for two pounds sorted me out with an overnight bus to the border and assisted me in finding an internet cafe. Which is where I've been for most of the afternoon. For such a small fee, local knowledge is extremely valuable especially in a big city
My bus leaves at 19:00 so I better get my stuff and get outta here. Hopefully should be in Laos tomorrow.
