Passport & Plate - Fresh crab


Ingredients
Freshly caught northwest crab from the Hood Canal in Washington state with boiling water kosher salt and real sweet cream butter.

How to prepare this recipe
Bring large pot of water to a rapid boil,
Drop crab in for 3-7 min depending on size and quantity,
Remove crab,
Crack with crab crackers to remove meat
Dip in melted butter with a dash of salt

 

The story behind this recipe
Drop the pots! Then enjoy the time on the water or the beach spending time with family and friends throwing back a couple ice cold ones until its time to pull the pots in anticipation of the days catch.
