Thuraya lives in a small town in Muscat, Oman. She is a bride to be and decided to follow her town's 7days tradition of bride's beauty treatment. During that week, the bride stays veiled, and only seen by her immediate family members, everyone else will just have a glimpse of her feet or hands as appropriate. Thuraya already had two days of body cleansing followed by rubbing her skin with sweet smell of sandal wood paste, and tonight she will have her feet and hands painted with the paste of ground henna leaves which will leave on her skin a dark red color once dry.
