One month later and I'm
back in Rome! One of the families I looked after back at home are
here on holidays so I have taken a long weekend to catch up with them
:) Unfortunately I arrived during a public transport strike, so it
was a bit difficult to get around, but I managed in the end.
We visited some of the
sights I'd seen in June; like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain,
but we also went on a small boat ride up the river, and a 4D film of
the history of Rome which was interesting.
It was so nice seeing
the kids again, (although it made me miss them even more) and
exciting to take photos on my new camera. Hopefully I will go on
another trip soon (one that's not to Rome!). Until then I hope you
are all well and haven't found my stories too boring!
