Wellll hello agian.

I am writing this after having two beers and nothing to eat so apologies for any mistakes.  I am now in Sydney having spent a little time in Rocky with friends there.  It is raining heavily here in Sydney and has been for most of the day.  I have had a t shirt on all day.  That was a bad idea !!

Had a good time since I last updated having been to the Mt Isa rodeo.  The rodeo is soo big that even the XXXX beer cans had the rodeo painted onto them  Very cool.  The rodeo was a good 3 days of action with non stop events throughout the weekend.  We managed to drink enough to keep understanding what was happening but drunk enough to get hangovers !

The following weekend was the Sedan Dip races and . . . you guessed it Rodeo.  We we planning on leaving on the Saturday morning to catch all the action, but plans quickly changed as we had work to do.  We then realised that we had no money (cash)  We left at around 14.00 and had to drive to Quamby (the wrong direction)to get cash.  After a beer or two there and after buying a carton of beer and a bottle of rum, we were on our way 16.00.  We had a few beers along the way to ease the dirt road journey, arriving at Sedan Dip race course about 1 hours after the last race had finished.  We were by this point a little drunk so didn't mind much.  We did however miss most of the girls in there racewear as most had got changed back into jeans and jumpers  This was a shame and I am told some of the girls looked quite nice (better than normal some have said).  The evening continued in much the same way the afternoon had started - namely drinking.  The rodeo started, and finished but we missed that and then drank until the bar closed.  We awoke with heavy heads and returned home on the same dirt road we had traveled only 16 hours before.  We had a great weekend.

I have put some new photos on so have a look and let me know what you think.  (Thaks to Conrad for the photos - he took them)

All for now
