Beto making tamales de puerco
I had two parties this weekend. My friends from work, RuthAnn and Malinda, organized a wonderful goodbye party on Saturday night and alot of my work friends came and we ate such delicious food and drank wine. The best was the white sangria that RuthAnn made. Then on Sunday, Beto made tamales de pollo (chicken), de puerco (pork), y tamales dulces (sweet tamales with raisins). They were so delicious! I appreciate all the work my friends have done during this past week organizing these get-togethers just for me!!
