Alright? Angkor is probably the greatest temple complex in Asia. Which Angkor Wat did you visit? Can't be the same one as the rest of us!

Well, Simon, after your comment I did a search on the web to make sure that I did visit the right place. You'll be happy to know that I did.But you are right, it is an impressive place but after Hampi and Trichy in India I think I've had it with temples and this place didn't have enough originalityy to make me go wow. All in my subjective opinion.Things that did impress me were the approach pathway, the long cobra like ballustrades. very nice. I was also rather impressed that I had a near vertical climb to the top of the inner temple. Other than that it was a building site in bad repair but in a terrain not quite as impressive as Hampi.
