This is the prison cells, also known as the tiger cell if my memory serves me correctly, in which the south Vietnamese kept the captured Vietcong. Hot and cramped with grills for roofs do that the guards could always keep an eye on them they were hell holes.

OMG....That just brought tears to my eyes. No one deserves to suffer like that. Thats terrible....Is it still like that?
