Our adventure starts in the Netherlands. Today is my nephew's birthday, he just turned seven. Luckily we managed to time the trip together with my own birthday and the one of my nephew and my aunt. It’s nice to be back at my roots and relax for a couple of days since the week before my departure was rather stressful due to last minute arrangements and an auditory that my “chef” wouldn’t want to do because he desperately needed a holiday to Cancún ;-))
