Flying South for the Winter

It seems to work for the birds, so when the opportunity presented itself I jumped at the chance. 3 months in South Africa, with side trips, lies ahead of me and this is where I will (hopefully, internet access allowing) keep my diary/journal so all you lucky people back in the UK can appreciate the hardships of sun, scenery and sensation that I'm putting myself through while you bask in the full glory of a Britiish winter!

Have the time of your life babes, it's gonna be AMAZING - not jealous MUCH! Looking forward to following your blog, hearing all your stories and seeing all your photos whilst shivering huddled up in my blanket amongst the deep snow drifts that have already been promised lol. Don't know how you'll manage with all that sun, scenery and new experiences - you'll just have to put on your best stiff upper lip and try to manage!
