So not only did we not know what day it was, but after not watching the news for one week we found out, in a beach bar, from a Pom that yes MJ (Michael Jackson) was dead... It comforting to me when Dan informed me that every time he is overseas numerous famous people die – Why do we let this man travel???? We had a moment to let the news sink in and this was followed by a continuous MJ tribute of tunes...
Just before we headed back to patong beach we had the opportunity to have our photo taken with a little 6 year old monkey called Micca... he is so cute we both now want a monkey!
We are now heading back to glorious bangkok (this is said with true sarcasm) for the Beginning of our Adventurous Angkor trip – 21 days traveling through Cambodia and Vietnam.. We will keep you posted.
