Living in Toronto, a city where lots of people are very image-conscious in the way they present themselves, 1 man stands out above all others. This man is Ramblin’ Andy. He is an enigma, who never quite seems to run out of steam. Donning peculiar hats, glasses with thick lenses that magnify his radiant eyes, and rarely seen without his guitar, the man is known to locals and tourists alike, a social hub that people gravitate towards instinctively. The type of person who can connect with anyone, Andy beams good vibes at all who cross his path. He is notorious for congregating large masses of party revelers for group songs in the streets. Mine and Maria's mutual passion for film, creating interesting stories, meeting new people and sharing our insights through the cinematic medium has brought us together as a team that is creating content as rapidly as our busy schedules allow us. Our ambitions lie in writing, directing, and starring in our own passionate projects. Winning this scholarship would give us the building blocks to create phenomenal projects in the future as well as give us the chance to show New Orleans and Mardi Gras as you’ve never quite seen it before.
