Cycling in Scotland

UNITED KINGDOM | Thursday, 23 February 2012 | Views [627]

Cycling in Scotland is a cost effective, greener, more enjoyable method of transport.
There are many cycle routes taking you though many different types of terrain from easy for the beginner to very difficult for the more experienced cyclist.
Some of the best, most beautiful parts of the Lands End to John O Groats cycle route are in the highlands of Scotland.
Anyone who likes mountain biking will love the Seven Stanes.
There are several trails to choose from. There are easy woodland trails and more difficult downhill trails all with the added atraction of Scotlands wonderful scenery.
