The sign telling us where we were. I had to wait a long time to get this photo,a very popular picture opportunity.

The memorial over what is a mass grave at Lone Pine. The fighting stopped to bury the dead who lay in their thousands in an area the size of a two tennis courts. Less than half were Anzac. An eerie place with names on the wall going on for ages.
