My Scholarship entry - A day in the realm of bedouins

I always had soul of an artist.

After I finished studies of tourism, history of art and cultural anthropology I bought camera, started to travel and than in my life all pieces of puzzle suddenly fitted together. I fell in love with photography. Travelling itself is great thing already, but in addition to it the goal of capturing with pictures true spirit of visited places turned every trip into a mission. Independent travelling is not a holiday and being on a mission is even less holiday, but I simply love to be on the mission! My ultimate goal is to document endangered cultures and nature of the world (which goes very often hand in hand) and thus raise public awareness. And to achieve it with capturing the humanity in people.

With last five years spent working seasonal jobs abroad in order to finance my travels and learning photography only by myself, now I reached crossroad, when this scholarship would help me to point me in right direction leading to becoming professional photographer, so I could dedicate all my time to this passion and pursuing my ultimate goal. I´d like to witness the way Jason is photographing, assist him and learn as much as possible from him.
