Okay there's
Jessie and Nephi; A London couple that we really had fun w/in Auckland. We unfortunatley never met up again in NZ, they rented a camper van and we did a bus tour.
Matt and Joe; two sweet youngins from England... can't rememeber which part. York? Only 18 and spending a year in NZ pre Uni.
Denise, sweet, funny, wonderful Irish gal who lives in London. I had sooo many good times because of this lady. Her favorite thing to say is gobshite. Makes me laugh everytime. She was only on a three week holiday and is back to work.
Rachel; Still in Uni in Whales, she's a Welshie and loves to be called one. Really fun free spirited crazy girl. We made plans to meet up In London next year w/Denise.
Steve and Vikcy from Hastings, Eng. They are 23 and have been together since they were 16 I think. The sweetest.. both of them. Steve's the rock climber and Vicky reads more in a day than I do in a year. They'll be working in NZ for a year and then back to Eng.
Steph and John. Steph is Kiwi and John is from London, but they both live in London. These two are so easy going and funny. The have a secret language between them and live in a fantasy world when they're together, it's really cute. She's saving some money w/her fam in Auckland and I think John decided to go back to be w/her instead of heading back to London.
The American Boys: Dan, Ben and Chris. These guys really livened up the bus. I have to be honest... when Ali was telling me about them I wasn't too excited, but then I met them and they were trashed and drawing on Chris' face and I was even less excited... and then we got to really know them and had such a great time. I missed them all after we had to part ways.
Justin we met in Fiji and we staye din touch, but I wasn't sure if we'd really meet up. He came out on our last night in Auckalnd and was a trooper even though he had to work the next days. We geeked out over computer talk... he's a graphic designer out in Nz, originally from England. They call him PomeJustin... apparently a negative comment back in the day.
Mark and Murray; These two met up in Auckland and became pals and decided to do the stray tour, They left a day before us, but we ended up meeting them in the South Island. Murray is a tall Canadian from Edmonton.. great sense of humor, grizzly bear laugh.. and yes he has a maple leaf tattooed on him. Him and Denise had a small romance, it was really sweet. Marck is from London... very polite.. likes to party. Him and Jaymie were flirting endlessly... not sure what will happen with that, if anything.
Matt Watts; Sweet yougin we met in Fiji and then again in Auckland.. I went out gmabling w/him... he's an instigator lol we met up with him again before we left NZ and now he's in Northern Aus somewhere... not sure if we'll cross paths again... he's good fun though and good company.
Sinead, Shiban and Joanna; Irish girls one. We met them in Fiji and then again in Queenstown. Sinead and I really clicked... they are out here in Aus again for eight months so I may crash w/them if I catch up with them.
Sinead, Clare, and Nadia; Irish Girls two. They were on the Stray bus with us and are trying to find job and apts in Melbourne. I will for sure catch up with them at some point. A lovely bunch.
Clare from England. We both had a few dilemmas in Queenstown... stayed in with colds one day and just vented and laughed and cried. I will forever remember it. She's in Nz for a year. She loves to call people Darling...
Marco .... real name Michael. From Goldcoast Australia, but met in NZ. I don't even know how to describe him. crazy.. people thought he was drunk 24/7, but he's just eccentric. Not sure if we'll run into him again out here, but it would be fun.
Mac; first friend in OZ.Sweet gal looking for work and apt. We were on the flight down together and bonded over cadbury... i'm easy to please, hey?
