Team Meeting at our Parish Offices
The Peru Mission team had a very important, fruitful team meeting on Tuesday. Since the mission has grown so tremendously in size and scope over the years, there is a great need for more ministry coordination and leadership organization. Over the past few months, Chris Bolton and Jim & Cheryl Keller prepared a mission-wide assessment and restructuring proposal. So, covered in prayer, and armed with this mission-wide assessment and restructuring proposal, we spent the day clarifying goals and making definite action plans to advance the vision of Peru Mission. It was a very fruitful day for our mission and gave us encouragement, a plan of action for the future, and a chance to thank our Lord for our many blessings and how far this Mission has come since its inception! Please pray for continued wisdom, strength and perseverance as we serve the Lord here in northern Peru.
