As we headed out of Dunedin with a tear in our eyes we stopped at a yummy Cheese factory. Where it was a husband and wife made all the cheeses. They were ALL so yummy. We had to take some for the road!
However the boulders were amazing to see. We didn't think seeing rocks would be so fun and so gorgeous. What a nice surprise they were.
They were near perfectly round. All natural too. I can't remember the explaination fully as to why. I took so many photos, they were just beautiful and oh so large! We could barely climb up but when we did I had to do the whole karate kid thing.
This is about 1 hour drive from Dunedin. Totally worth the stop over.
Now off to see some more penguins and seals!
