Honeymooners

We travel, we see sights of awe. Home is where the heart is. My heart is with Briel.

The Windy City

USA | Monday, 3 December 2007 | Views [168]

Staying in my cousin Allen's room (he is away at uni).  We again have 10star accomodation with out own tv,dvd and WII station.  I have lost my husband to it!

Today we walked around the Windy City.  We saw the great Navy Peer, took a ferris wheel ride, walked around the "Bean" - this was great.  A giant bean which was mirrored so all the city was reflected within.  The park, the Jordan statue which Briel was SO excited about also.

Was really a fun day.  Which we spent with my relatives (they took time off to hang out).  They are such a sweet great family.  We are really enjoying to be with them.  Mitzy (my 15y old cousin) is a gem and I love spending time with her.  Briel and her are crazy about the WII which she is currently kicking ass but he is practicing late into the night on his own - so he is trying to challenge......

Tonight we shopped at WholeFoods which was fun going thru all the products, choose organic homemade pizza, watermelon, icreream.  haha healthy!  but fun and yummy.

I want to stay longer here! hehehe having a ball!!  I feel sometimes I missed out not having cousins around to hang with.  Briel was always lucky to have so many, I also have many, but far away.  I adore them all, but wish I had more time with them.  Oh well, this trip I am so lucy to get a chance to hang with them!

Ciao for now!
