Longtailin' it

Today we woke up to see that Barack Obama was now the president of the USA.  Prety cool.  I was hoping he would win.  We ended up taking a minibus/ferry combo to Koh Phi Phi.  The irish couple we met and Phil from England and his girl Marketa were also on the ferry.  They had stayed at Boost the 2 nights we were in Karon.  Phil knew a place with bungalows so we all took a longtail boat over to Long Beach from the pier and checked in for 2 nights.  We ended up swimming all afternoon.  Koh Phi is so beautiful, words can't really describe it.  There was a huge boat docked right in front of our place and it had a tarzan rope swing, diving board and a slide.  We played on it till the sun went down.  I felt like I was 12 years old again.  Very good time!  We had a delicious dinner with the Irish couple and then saw a beachside fireshow.  Cool show but horrible techno raver music which was making my head hurt, called it a night after that.
